Beds were comfortable, but the Hotel kind of smelled like wet dog and was dirty. Carpets needed vacuuming, everywhere, and same w floors. Pool and Hot tub weren’t bad, they just need more maintenance and general cleaning. We were there for the Super Bowl, so rates were pretty expensive, to be expected. Not the worst hotel, but definitely not a 3-4 star experience. Property needs a big makeover

The room was outdated without modern USB or USB-C outlet. There is only one USB-A hidden behind an alarm clock. It also charges $19 + tax for parking which makes it not competitive given its overall condition and services.

Room is clean. Quiet location. Room temperature is good. Only issue was I didnt know there offer shuttle service to the airport. I must have missed it but I hope front desk would have been able to remind guest that they offer shuttle. Also, breakfast is not free??? There are other hotels in the area that has free breakfast and I thought they are one of them. That wasn’t informed prior to reservation too.

The location was perfect for my company trip. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfy! The only hiccup was the parking, there is a fee to park on the property. Overall the experience was very nice and surrounded by a lovely plaza. Highly recommend.

I did a overnight stay, as soon as I showered and laid on bed, i started to feel tiny crawling feelings, after 30 minutes started itching a little bit. Thought it was just dry skin, hair fuzzing, i sleep then wake up to small red rashes, same for my partner, exposed skin areas were red and itchy.
