The staff was awesome. However, the two rooms we have were not safe or secure. On Room 138, the door was busted (someone pry bar the door opened) and people can see through the open gap. Anyone can open the door with a finger or any card. As for Room 137, the door does not close all the way when it's supposed to be closed. Anyone can push and open the door.

Pretty sure we had one of the only rooms not renovated. Broken towel rack in bathroom. Broken toilet paper holder in bathroom. Most of the doors of the rooms around us showed signs of being broken into. Guests in room across the hall ran up and down the hall screaming at 2am. Picture above bed not mounted, just resting ion headboard. Chalky film in bathtub. Sink faucet dripped for hours after use. Towels had grease stains on them. Bathroom door didn't shut or lock.
