The staff were very helpful and the location is great. Unfortunately our room seemed very run down. Everything was broken very old or just very worn. The aircon only worked for about an hr at a time. We had the service guy there three times but eventually gave up. Not what you expect from the penthouse.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean - The loungeroom had block out blinds but the bedrooms didn't so the night lights shone in and you were up when the sun came up!!. Soap dispensers in the shower were a good idea however they needed repair. Pool and Gym area were good. Would I stay again? If small changes were made Yes.

The hallways are very dark and painted black so not inviting at all and the 1 bedroom apartment was small and furnishings were of cheap quality and stains on carpet, dirty windows and dusty room just not a good space to be in.
