Ink Southbank was a great find! Staff were so friendly and accommodating, room was clean and fresh and located in a super convenient location, walking distance to the City centre and tram stops. Would definitely recommend!!

Good hotel let down but housekeeping and reception

The hotel in general was OK. Arrived late due to delayed flight - reception was overworked and not welcoming. Very busy weekend due to British Lions tour. We were given a room that was dirty, toilet seat dislodged and hanger ripped off the wall. Thankfully the management gave us a another room but it wasn't cleaned for some time with dust everywhere. Great location though. Was meant to get bottle of wine but did not eventuate.

The hotel was very clean and close to the convention centre. The bed was very comfy. Woolworths was nearby and it was very convenient. Only negative is that i could not adjust the fan setting for the aircon and it was very noisy when on.
