Upon your arrival at 980 Fairway Circle, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546 you'll walk up six exterior steps to the front door landing. Once you enter through the front door to the interior landing you can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.

PLEASE NOTE:
* Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, bedding and towels:
- Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets and pillowcases on the pillows. For the Queen size sofa pull out sleeper; all will be found on its Sofa.
- Towels provided for your stay will be found in each full bathroom with a bathmat.
* Hand soap, body wash, lotion, toilet tissue, facial tissue, paper towel, trash can liners, dish towel, kitchen sponge, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods will be found throughout the property
* There is no air conditioning.
* Pets (maximum 2) are welcomed for an additional fee.

Great location and pretty nice unit but carpet and living room furniture has seen their day a long time ago…didn’t realize it was a pet friendly unit which would explain the carpet…if I was going up with a pet, this unit would be top on my list…still, it has a great location and views … just needs a little work

Nice rental for pet owners

We found this unit to be perfect for our stay with 2 large dogs. Very nice neighborhood makes it easy for walks with the pups. Short 5 min drive to anything you want in town. Great views. Quite. Easy check in and out. Great to have access to the garage. It is a little beat up inside. If it were just me and my wife we would have been bummed but with the dogs it was fine and kind of a relief that we didn’t have to worry about them messing something up. Carpet is dirty, chipped paint all over, stains on walls, scoffs on all the wood doors/jams. Bring your own pillows, the ones provided were rock hard. Ended up sleeping with a folded up bathroom towel. Bed was comfortable, though. Kitchen has everything you need. Very clean bathroom. All in all nice spot just needs a little tlc.

Snowcreek with family

Clean nice comfortable. House numbers hard to see, should be Light above number. Appliances should be checked frequently and repaired , we could not use dishwasher, water did not drain from it.

it's a great place to take in. the entire place and amenities were top notch, the neighborhood was awesome and quiet, and allows you some real R&R. will be coming back!

Clean & great location

The property set up was good, more like a home than a condo. My favorite part was the powerful shower in the master downstairs. I also enjoyed garage access as it made storage of our bikes easier. In addition, having a washer/dryer in the home was a nice benefit. The kitchen was adequately supplied, which is important to me as we ate breakfast and dinner at the home each night.
