This open studio layout is designed to feel cohesive and comfortable, not cramped. Warm natural light pours in through oversized windows, illuminating the sleeping and living areas and drawing your eye toward the Village below.

The living space features a cozy seating area, fireplace, TV, and modern local photography—an inviting place to unwind after a day on the mountain. The king bed anchors the space with a custom metal headboard and sightlines that flow naturally toward the dining and kitchen areas.

A modern bar-height dining table with leather stools seats four comfortably, ideal for meals, coffee, or planning the day. The galley kitchen is located just inside the entry and is well equipped with an upgraded refrigerator with a true freezer, dishwasher, microwave, two-burner cooktop, and thoughtful small appliances including a Nespresso machine, toaster, and crockpot.

The bathroom features clean white tile, a tub/shower combo, and a modern vanity—simple, fresh, and functional.

Wonderful upgraded studio. The pictures accurately depict the room. Very clean, well appointed, NOT an average hotel room, overlooks the Village with a long view out to the mountains and lake. This will be my go-to next time I'm in Mammoth.

Great Place, but a little disappointed with the property manager, who despite the place being clean and ready earlier did not allow me to check in before 4 o’clock. I asked several times if I could get an early check-in and she said they would message me the minute was available and they never messaged me. So don’t expect to ever get in this place before four. You can’t access your parking pass you can’t park your car anywhere I would just book the hotel room so that at least you can get in and use the facilities even if your room is not available.

The close proximity to the Mammoth Village is great , it was nice to walk around and stroll the shops and grab food if needed. But wish there was a convenience store located on the Westin property itself. About the condo itself: bed was super comfy, glad basic toiletries were available. The coffee machine was nice but there weren't any regular coffee options they just had expresso; lots of tea bags but needed decaf options; sofa wasn't very comfy to sit on. Overall very good.

Lovely Stay

My husband and I had a lovely stay here. It was a short trip for us but the location being so close to the village and central to all the best hikes was exactly what we needed and loved it. Mary Beth is an amazing communicator; Highly recommend.

Awesome location and well-kept/up-to-date Room at the Westin! Central to the Village and the Gondola. Nice having the Restaurant right there too. Owner is awesome and very communicative. One note is a single bedroom (like a hotel room/loft) that is well spaced out, with a very comfy sofa bed should you need

We absolutely loved our stay. From underground covered parking to the ease of walking across the street to shops/restaurants/gondola. Everything was clean and updated. The view waking up in the morning was so beautiful. It was quiet and the hosts were very prompt in responding when we had questions. It was great having all of the Westin amenities and restaurant on site. Will be back again!

Wonderful, cozy room with a view in an amazing location

We loved being so close to all the amenities in Mammoth. The studio room was cozy and had everything we needed. Having the ski rental shop in the building was a huge plus along with being able to park in an underground, covered parking structure. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location and great host!

We highly recommend Mary Beth’s apartment. She thoroughly thought of everything a rental unit would need for their guests. There’s a utility cart in the closet, and had we known it was there it would’ve helped with the items we hauled to the unit, but it was heavenly knowing we had it available to use during our leave. The layout of the unit was perfectly spacious and the view of the village from the window was so pretty! We enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back. Thanks for being a wonderful host, Mary Beth!
