From bad to good
On check in,the receptionist was poor, bad attitude,told me the room I had reserved had not been cleaned (it was about 7pm).Room given on 2nd floor when it should’ve been 1st,later when I went to the front desk, a shift change occurred and she changed my room still 2nd floor though,but they both said that as I had two separate bookings I had to check out first then check in later the second day.
In the morning before check out time I asked the receptionist the same question and said she could do the booking for me as I wanted to catch my tour bus to Yosemite and not leave my belongings in my car all day.
HER NAME WAS GABRIELLE I THINK,excellent service and knew her job maybe not the other 2.
A big thank to her.
