A little disappointed in room size as I did not think cost was that small. The Room service QR code didn’t work. When I called the front desk, I was connected to restaurant upstairs but no one answered so I had to go up in person. After being told I needed to order off the prefix menu I only received one out of 3 items, but was charged $99. I am still waiting on receipt to be emailed for my stay.

Cleaning staff for my room was great, but i was expecting less wear and tear throughout: a hanging hook in the bathroom was broken, my bathroom sink drained very slowly, bedroom furniture was a bit worn, etc.

This hotel has a cool vibe. Overall my 3-night stay was fine. The rooms are much smaller than they appear online, and the hotel itself tries to be tech-forward but ends up feeling very low touchpoint. The room has a rotary phone (ooh trendy) but there’s no way to call the front desk and no concierge. Only a limited menu available by QR code. This probably works for some people, but with the size and limited staff, it felt more like the trendy LA version of a Best Western—and at least you can call the front desk from your room at a Best Western.

The hotel was nice. The room was cute. The shower was the best, strong water pressure it was fantastic. The staff is friendly. Hotel is clean from the lobby to the rooms.

Upon checking in I was confused with the parking as I called the hotel to find out more information about the parking I asked how we go about parking and there was a rude agent saying we spoke a moment ago which was not true I then proceeded to check in to the room with the front desk which I might add was very nice and attentive however I was so frustrated already with whomever I did speak to on the phone this with a number or incidents with the room were not up to the hoxton standers

Very welcoming staff. Rooms are small but well appointed, and quiet. Bed is incredibly comfortable. The Inanna bar is lovely with a great view on the skyline. Hotel is walking distance from Central Market (15 min) and The Broad, Moca (30 min). Surroundings are safe.
