We arrived at the hotel front desk at 11:50 PM and were suddenly told there was a building-wide water problem and that water could not be used. The only thing they offered was a refund if we wanted to cancel. We were traveling with a 10-year-old child, and at that late hour there were no other available hotels nearby. Despite this, there was no real apology and no alternative solution offered — just a simple “you can get a refund if you want.” I carefully researched and selected this hotel after reading many reviews and descriptions, so it was extremely disappointing to be informed of such a serious issue only at check-in time. They made it sound like leaving at midnight to find another hotel was simply our choice and responsibility. Since there were no rooms available elsewhere at that hour, we had no option but to stay. The bedding did not appear to be freshly cleaned, and even after we went out the next day and returned, there was no housekeeping service — no cleaning and no towel replacement. This was one of the worst hotel service experiences I’ve had. I would not choose to stay here again.

After a long travel we get there check in one out the door make it to front at 3:00 the multi bed handicap room is not available they say come back at 4 o’clock because the water off but will be on at check in when I come back water still off but he say he upgraded room Room was no upgrade and only had 1 bed needed to be dress for my 8 o’clock event at 7 o’clock got undressed to take shower but water was still off while naked in room heard door open it was house keeping came in room saying he was told room was empty stayed in room for about 1 minute explaining why i hid behind the door saying im naked.when I complained all they said is I would get free parking. Horrible experience

Everything was fine but the water went off in the night and they told no one. I went to the gym but wouldn’t have it I had been alerted in any way. Would have been so easy. Post something by the elevators or leave a message on the occupied rooms. I spent almost $500 to arrive at an important meeting disgusting.
