The hotel property and staff were phenomenal. They have a car service that will get you around which was a plus. I appreciated the thoroughness of the hotel and the staff was very attentive. The restaurant was pleasant and the guy bartender is great, as well! All the way from Philly, felt good to feel some brotherly love! Will be returning

The rooms are great and comfortable. They have a complimentary car that drops/picks you from a 3 mile radius of the hotel. This was really convenient. The staff at the hotel are exceptionally kind. Specifically one of the drivers Robert was quite kind and resourceful with suggesting areas to visit around LA.

Simply an excellent hotel with superb staff everywhere. In particular the check-in folks and the valet group. Very expensive to park your car there, but the service of the people handling the valet parking make you feel it's worth it. Stayed 4 nights. Will stay again when in LA.
