The hotel staff was accommodating, courteous, and helpful. They made me feel like a valued customer and I would be happy to stay here again! The room and hotel were clean. The location was PERFECT for exploring Little Tokyo. I valet parked my vehicle overnight and had no problems with that. Suggested improvements: there was a constant air noise coming from the furnace. It made me uncomfortable because even with the AC/heater turned off, it was still making the noise. The smoke detectors only say "smoke" and not "carbon monoxide" and I would have felt more comfortable if a carbon monoxide detector was visibly present, especially in light of the noise from the furnace. They offered me another room, but that furnace made the same noise. I ended up sleeping with the window cracked open, which led to me being woken up by street racers at 1:30am.

The property felt like it was in need of a little better maintenance. My room’s sink was plugged up and one of the coffee mugs has broken handle was still had a paper cap on it as if it was expected that I use it anyways! Otherwise, it was pleasant stay.

The staff was very courteous the room is very nice and big and spacious and very comfortable. It has a nice tub and the bed is very comfortable the whole thing is very well thought out and has an excellent location and the parking is very convenient also right there when you walk in the door and there's a valet I highly recommend this hotel
