Staff was excellent, room service was awesome, food arrived quickly was fresh and delicious, however rooms are designed with drapes not closed all the way and for me who preferred a dark room, well, I had to place the luggage stand trying to close the bottom of the draped.

Excellent check in experience accomodating our early arrival from Australia. Room was updated, clean and comfortable. The plane noise was louder than I recalled in the past but not wholly unexpected given proximity to LAX! Airport shuttle was convenient and would stay here again.
