TV and AC in room didn't work. $72 valet is the only parking option. Lobby is on 70th floor, my room was on 57. You have to take an elevator up to the 70th floor, walk across a hallway and take another elevator going down to the 57th. The hotel and staff were definitely nice but overall significantly overpriced and inconvenient.

The hotel was absolutely stunning and service was impeccable! Rooftop bar and restaurant were a delight as well as the lobby bar! Rooms were spacious, well priced and clean. Grounds were beautiful. Exterior streets were a bit not safe but always felt safe walking to property
