Just want to sleep

Only spent 1 night the room was clean , the staff friendly, but was not able to have a restful nights sleep because there was an intermitting noise coming from the air vent. After a 13 hour flight and 3 hour wait in the custom line I just wanted to sleep. I had a room with no windows. I didn't know and felt that should have been mentioned in the details. I wouldn't have booked such a room.

Location great for airport and we also visited downtown using the train service- it took about 1.5hrs but cost $1.75! The food in the restaurant was excellent and the wine - all staff very helpful. The room was very spacious and clean with plenty of room for our 4 suitcases!
