Great one night stay for Sofi event

I stayed with my partner to attend a concert at Sofi. The hotel was great location, quiet although by the airport, comfortable and clean. They also offered a shuttle to and from Sofi for the event which was very convenient. Would stay here again.

Overall very nice room & bath. Good value. Shuttle poor svc - limited to every 45 min with no posted time schedule. With 7 terminals & stops at each one what should be a 5 min trip to airport turns into 30+ min plus 40min wait for shuttle = 1hr 10 min which is unacceptable.

Great staff who checked me in early. I came off a long haul flight so the fact they had my room ready was gold. Absolute awesome staff including the restaurant next door. I know it's a airport hotel but these hotels are so important for is long haul travellers who need to have a break.

I contacted the facility a month early to ensure that I would be able to check in early since I had a flight arriving at 930 am and they assured me that I could and when I arrived the man at the desk abruptly said it is not guaranteed even though I called a month ago. My daughter and I had a flight due out at 1049 pm so to wait to check in at 4pm seemed unreasonable esp after being on a 13 hour international flight. Although I had a better experience at the place across the street, I had found out since I had booked though Expedia, the hotel would not be able to refund or transfer our stay for future use at another Hyatt. So, we waited it out and the lady at the desk did say there would be checkouts at 2pm. It seemed like a long time so I made a decision to eat the cost if they didn't have anything at 1215 but I asked the lady who seemed more understanding to check and fortunately they were able to have the room for us. The stay would have been fine if they had informed me that early check-in was not guaranteed. I called and I also sent messages to the property after my initial call. Honestly, I was surprised that this place was disappointing since I have stayed at various Hyatts before and never had this type of experience.

Not great

Waited on hold for 45 minutes for housekeeping. Had to go down stairs and ask a lobby employee for help. Got back from a concert late and couldn’t find a parking spot for 30 minutes. Not worth paying $48 for overnight parking.
