A decent Hyatt property - basically what one would expect for a respectable brand airport hotel. Staff was nice and helpful, facilities were clean and modern. 2 main issues - the mattress desperately needed to be replaced - a huge divot in the middle from too many uses - and the airport shuttle takes 2-3x as long as other comparable hotels nearby.

Was great until we tried the bar. Advertised on tv screen in room happy hour 2-4. Went down and first asked if we could sit outside the wait staff said no , just sit inside… ok. Then asked about happy hour. They laughed and said there’s no happy hour. A second said that is probably 6 months old. So don’t advertise! The bartender said I’ll give you a discount. He brought the total check, had tip included but didn’t give is the itemized until after we had paid. So no discount and double tip. We were going to eat dinner there but went across the street with good service. This is not what I expect with Hyatt. All else was good, just soured our experience.
