Stayed for 1 night, and didn’t realize it was right across the Sonesta that I stayed at before. Arrived a little later than I would like. Parking was simple, it’s a covered garage with multiple level. Just be aware of the signs as it accommodates both big hotels next to each other. The front desk gentleman was amazing and kind. Even offered to switch my room out for a more convenient one. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and will return.

I would have scored 5 stars but, we didn’t receive cutlery in our room, to eat a takeaway meal we had. We called reception twice but no cutlery arrived. Plus Only 2 bath towels in the room for 4 people. Plus Only a third of a toilet roll was in the bathroom.

Read the small print . But overall wasn’t bad

Parking sucked . Found out they charge addition for parking and you get charged if you wa to come and go. I brought 2 trucks for work . One didn’t fit in the parking garage . Wasn’t thrilled about paying for parking . Light didn’t work in room. No big deal. Beds are warn out , definitely have had more comfortable . Can’t forget the $7 bottle waters .
