Room was spotless. Breakfast was nice but it was additional. We were going on a cruise and i needed to print the Boarding passes and the printer didn't work. I asked them could they help me and basically didn't. I had to go to another hotel to print it out.

We had to take a different hotels shuttle after waiting 45 minutes. I called the hotel and got a robot that sent me a location app to track their shuttle but none if them moved on the map even when I refreshed. Then, we got into the room and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The automatic doors to the lobby didn't work and there was a potted tree blocking one of the manual doors. Ice machines are only on certain floors, not ours.

I called the property on December 22nd at 1:45pm, 1:48 pm and 2pm. The gentleman on the line at the front desk was no patient with my accent. All I asked was for a copy of my invoice to be sent my way. He said he did not understand and transferred me to a line that nobody answered. As for my stay, it was fine; room was clean and very comfortable.
