Great stay - excellent communication prior to stay, shuttle ride pick up was quick specifically for us, check in was efficient, and the room was clean, modern and quiet. Shuttle to airport in the morning was also timely and efficient. We did not have a chance to enjoy breakfast, gym, etc. as our stay was short.

The staff was very friendly and competent. The room and bathroom were very clean. The kitchenette had NO plates or siverware or glasses or any utensils. The shower head was like stinging needles on the skin. The pool was closed because rain the night before had washed dirt into it.

Room was clean and nice facility- communication with front desk due to mr A1 which was annoying Hotel is close to airport -Shuttle service is great - pity pool was closed would have liked to see it Lighting in the room is not great /'coffee area in total darkness at night - and only room light was the bedside light on one side and the tall lamp on the other - not easy to work
No lighting in this dark corner - not great at all - also poses danger with hot water

I stayed for 2 nights and it's the second time I've chosen this hotel, but this time I was disappointed. The room they gave me smelled like hooves, the bathroom fan was broken so every time one of us went to the bathroom we could smell each other's poop.The next day we left the hotel between 10 am and 3 pm and they still hadn't cleaned our room.I had to call reception to have clean towels and sheets sent to me (because the sheets were dirty and I had an allergic reaction.), and then we changed them ourselves.The saddest thing is that during the two nights we stayed, they didn't give us a single bottle of water; we had to go out and buy some. I realized that the hotel is only for short stays; the only positive things about this hotel are the shuttle bus and the free breakfast (which is the same every day).

I had to book a last minute hotel room due to my son falling ill and having to take a return flight early morning. When we arrived elevators were not working and there were no emergency phones on site. I kept calling the front desk and no answer. I ended up walking around the Marriot to find the front desk. It took me a long time since my son could barely walk. I got offered free parking but in the end it wasn’t about the money. It was about the convenience of being next to LAX and any emergency services if needed. I can’t believe that there is no safety protocol in place. The parking lot is huge and no emergency phones? No one around to help? There has to be better communication. I would rather go back to AirBnB.

Yes it was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful with my luggage too, and the breakfast was extensive. The only negative was a $26 cold hamburger and hard bun from the restaurant.

No security lock, no late night concierge, walls are paper thin, some man was singing next door at 3am, as a solo traveller this was creepy and I felt unsafe. Would not return or recommend.

Pros ...Lobby .....looks like a place for billionaires and royalty...very impressive.......wonderful customer service.....EXCELLENT shuttle service and driver... sharp...on the ball...courteous.. helpful.. respectful....on time...cons......i ordered one bdrm suite. .which looked to me a jr suite... no privacy of seperate room... ..looked mediocra...but doable for the night.. after long weary journey

It was great. The only complaint I have is that they charged 100% on a liquor drink. I asked and they claim, it’s done that was in California. I asked another restaurant and they said is not true. It’s wrong why they did.
