The service was excellent - Mel and Kevin gave me great tips for walkable things and places to eat in and near the neighborhood. And the housekeeping staff were all smiles and friendly too. These touches made my first stay a good one. I will be returning again in July! Just 2 notes: My room’s bathroom looked clean but had a stale urine smell around the toilet. The half the lights in first floor womens restroom were out - specifically by the handicap stall, so it was a bit dark.

This is a modern hotel. Spartan furnishings but extremely clean. The bed is very comfortable. I have stayed here at least 4 times. I got put in the wrong room, an “ADA” room. It isn’t compliant: tall sided bathtub, not quite wide enough entrance door way. I am 5’9” and this room was ridiculous. When I complained I was told I made the mistake-nope showed them my itinerary to them I got “well it’s not my fault”! What the actual hell? I texted with Expedia and he could only get a $20 discount but Expedia threw in some One Key cash which was really nice. I will stick with Expedia but Hotel June, doubtful

The pool and beach club area are a little oasis close to LAX, Sofi and Kia Forum. Beds are comfy and the food and drinks at the beach club are good!

Perfect for the weekend.

It was a good stay, definitely an older building but designed really well! The AC is alittle loud, anytime it turned on but aside from that it was a really comfortable stay. Really close to many things, perfectly located.

Complicated check in and check out. Staff couldn't find reservation for at least 10-15 minutes. Over-billed at checkout (the promised $24 credit on food purchases was not given until we asked to have the credit reflected on the bill -- this took another 10 minutes to resolve) In any case restaurant prices are too high, and the temperature while dining was really cold (we were told that the door to the outside could not be kept closed so it was kept open instead).

Very clean property and nicely decorated. Design hotels always does a nice job in ensuring hotels are presentable, my only issue was when you are given credit via the website or Expedia, they don’t tell you about it. I didn’t realize I had a $25 credit for food and went to ask about it but they did not tell me this during check in. That’s all, otherwise great service, good is actually good, and heated pool is nice.

Kevin, Dennis and Brandon from valet were amazing, helpful and friendly. They remembered us from our previous stay. Tatiana and Mauricio from the front desk were knowledgeable, inviting and welcoming. Our daughter left thank you notes for them and they wrote back, even sent a fruit platter. Thank you so much!
