Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Shared female 4 bed dorm - quite cramped, not a great layout: door colliding with bathroom door across 1m² entryway which was also the space in front of lockers. Fine for one person not for 2+. Access to top bunks quite difficult/awkward, Common space also cramped. A curtain on the bunks would be nice for privacy. Nowhere for residents to prepare food/coffee. Decor of room, lobby, cafe kiosk/restaurant very cool. Price was great. Location ok but area a bit sketchy.

The staff was nice and they have security at night which is great in DTLA area. You use your room card to enter the elevator floor, I like that security protection. I had a great time solo traveling & this was the perfect stay!

The dorm - bunk beds have one ladder to get to the top bunks - this is difficult and hard to use - although it is aesthetically pleasing, it is not practical. WC in room is ok Walls are very thin - outdoor in the corridors had constant people talking loud and it was not a pleasant experience. The rooftop bar online states opening hours, however I went at 9.45pm and was told they were closing. Although I understand this could be a one off, this discredits the hotels amenities.
