Easy on and off access to 580 fwy. 2 miles to Lawrence Livermore Lab. 2 miles to our beautiful wineries, and breweries. 3 miles to our sweet downtown of Livermore. This unit is a attached in law unit in our home, but was built very separate and private. There is a full flight of stairs to access apt. Keyless entry, with private code during your stay. Only registered guests allowed on property. No pets or children.

Amazing Private Apt in Livermore!

We had a great time staying at Annette’s home, it was clean and lovely. Everything was thought of from clean linens and water and even left us fresh plums from her garden. We loved this little home away from home and would stay again!
