Great breakfast

It was a great location. The room is small but it’s clean and modern enough. The front desk staff were super helpful and kind.

Quite a big parking area, just surprised there was only one disabled space tho. Room as you would expect from a very old building. There was a lift to the 2nd door where our room was. Room was on the small side, not sure the bed was a double more like a 3/4 bed. Good shower although

The hotel is one of our go to hotels when visiting Bristol but the adjacent NCP car park doesn't inspire confidence when solo walking after parking.

Highly recommended hotel with good facilities. Rooms are excellent but the duvet was a little thin for a cold night. We did ask for extra bottled water but never received it.

Paying extra for gym access isn’t great.
