Pleasant

It was a very pleasant stay. Very convenient to city center. Lots of restaurants in the area. Staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The only difficult part was I came in by car service. We spent a half-hour trying to drive up to the hotel. He finally dropped me at the corner and I walked-which was very easy.

Before you book make sure you become a member via the Z Hotel site. Note that between 10am and 6pm you can’t drive close to hotel so dropping luggage can be problematic - we got a parking ticket while we dropped ours. And if you don’t have membership, do not try and help yourself to coffee downstairs - you will be shouted at in front of whomever is in the lobby which can be humiliating. Don’t stay in a room with someone you aren’t completely comfortable with. There is absolutely no privacy in the room and you can hear every sound made in the bathroom. The mattress is also very hard!

The hotel itself is nice and the staff were great! however, the bed was SO UNCOMFORTABLE and the room was so stinking hot, no airflow at all. we slept terribly 😅

The hotel is centrally located. It is modern and clean. The rooms are small but comfortable. The staff was helpful and nice.

Never heard of Z Hotel before. Am I ever glad I found it. The staff is amazing. Every single one of them. The rooms though small are all that you need. Amazingly luxurious. For the price you can't beat it. 1000 times better than any ABnB but for less money. I wish I had planned my trip better and had spent more time in Bath and therefore would had more time at the Z. Until next time

Z Hotel Not For Me Ever Again

I was shown a "Queen " size room , which was the size of a closet with no window and no view. When shown my room , at the time of booking ; the room was described as a Queen room with a window with a view. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN

Bath Z Hotel
