We loved staying here & the situation is perfect for a visit to The Hippodrome, strolling along the waterfront for a leisurely lunch, an easy walk to Cabot Circus & easy access to buses. We will recommend it & hopefully return in the future.
Lovely Hotel in a great central location, Nice friendly staff. We were let down by the sub standard room cleaning on the 2nd day. Cleaner failed to empty bins in bedroom and bathroom. Shower screen left with marks, Bathroom sink plug left out. Used coffee cups left in room, coffee pods not replaced. Noticed a lot dust flying in the room, unsure if this was coming from the air conditioning vent.
We had a nice stay here, the hotel is in a quiet location a short walk away from the town centre and waterfront. Breakfast was not overwhelming with choice but nice enough with options for different food preferences. Staff are lovely. The room was very clean and beds comfy.
Overnight stay , hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable, great food and friendly staff. Although only a short walk into the main drag it was also beautifuly quiet. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.
Excellent value, nice central location, pretty architecture. Bit dusty in some corners but definitely very good value when compared to other similar sized hotels in the area. The buffet breakfast set me up good for the day.
We extended our stay, it was very easy to leave our bags even though the new room was different.
Breakfast was fantastic with a great range of gluten free options.
The executive room had a coffee machine and a mini fridge with complimentary items which was a nice touch, also 2 pillows on the bed.

Let down by poor housekeeping i.e. tea tray glasses and cups grubby, and room unserviced despite neighbouring rooms being done; we left the housekeeping sign out 10:30-17:45 and HK was promised if we left the room again before 18:00 - which we did - but sadly returned to no change). This was a shame as in-house breakfast was great (although a take away breakfast for an early checkout was a little disappointing). Tanya on front desk was great too.
