I found the staff professional, friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable. The hotel is convenient, able to walk to all sights. It was great to get money off my parking cost too. A lovely stay, thank you. Would happily return.

The hotel was fantastic, really modern room. It was well designed with a corner sofa offering somewhere else to sit. The free breakfast was fab, especially the waffle machine and coffee machine. Parking was well explained, being off site at a Carpark. But is £18 a day. But this felt appropriate for the inner city location.

Front desk staff was friendly. Great offerings on the breakfast buffet. Room was very clean. Bath is a very walkable city and hotel was convenient to the Abbey, the Spa, Jane Austin Museum, and the mayor's free walking tour start point.
