Great location from which to explore the city, plenty of places to eat nearby and lots of good pubs. Room was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice which catered for all.

We paid through Expedia, so pre-payment was made, but when we got home we checked our bank account to find they have taken two further payments from our account, our bank account is pending, although they say they’ve refunded this still stops us from using that amount of our own money. I advise not letting them take your card details after you’ve already paid. Absolutely disgraceful.

We had a lovely room which was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good and the staff managed well although it was very busy. Perhaps another member of staff clearing tables at breakfast time might have helped. Very convenient location and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The whole experience was perfect. The rooms have everything you need and more. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choices. Location couldn’t be any better.
