Check in reception was friendly and hospitable, and the room was clean and inviting. The only unfortunate part of the stay for a quite pleasant hotel is the parking availability, which is either vague in the posted specifics of the hours and tariffs charged from the Green park location, or park a further distance away in the much better Southgate Car Park. A small point of inconvenience in an otherwise very pleasant stay.

The hotel is well placed for restaurants and cafes and within walking distance to local tourist spots. The nearest multistory parking is Southgate which is approximately £18.00 per night and is around 5-6 minutes away. The breakfast had a wide choice of cooked and continental . We would stay again in the future.

Hampton hilton Bath

Good, clean hotel, receptionist was efficient. Had one slight problem with the room but is was sorted very quickly so did not impact my stay. Breakfast was plentiful and adequate with all tastes cantered for. Rooms were of a reasonable size and the rainfall shower was great, enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was easy to get to from the train station and it was a very nice hotel with a spacious room and great breakfast. The only negative was that the bed felt like a futon (low to the ground and a little uncomfortable) and a lot of the seats in the breakfast area felt low to the ground also. Otherwise I highly recommend.

Room for three guest stay

Booked a room as three guests. The extra bed was a sofa bed and it was very uncomfortable. It was too firm and could feel the ridge and contour of the sofa upholstery. Didn't get a good night's rest at all. Also discomfort further compounded by not being able to change the room's aircon control as it appeared broken so had to contact reception to change it. Breakfast was good. Staff were very pleasant. Shame about the sofa bed. The price that was paid did not reflect a comfortable stay.

Great location

Property was okay, some of the facilities eg carpet were a bit tired. But for a one night stay within walking distance to all that Bath has to offer it was fine. Breakfast was a bonus. Parking was a nightmare.

We had a great stay. Check-in was easy, the room was comfortable and clean. Loved the little extras in the room (showergel shampoo, conditioner, body lotion). Complimentary breakfast was great with lots of choice. We'd definitely stay here again
