Staff especially Clyde was fantastic! It was clean but zero amenities, NO phones, coffee maker, mini fridge, robes, slippers, bell men to help with bags no clock in room, no wake-up calls,no room service. Bare bones in tiny rooms, the reception desk is the bar. They messed up my reservation , we went out for the day got back and they took my things including what is in the safe stuffed into my luggage and stored it. They had my credit card and who would leave everything including a passport and tickets and disappear?? Why not charge card? Call me? Text me ? Something before doing that? If you want a clean bed and that’s all ok but beware it’s like a hostel.

Room was well cleaned, Staff were friendly. Breakfast could do with more cooked items. Had a few little issues like noise nuissance, door card not working constantly & water top ups had to be requested, which were all eventually sorted to be fair. Excellent to visit London, not too busy. Everything within walking disctance.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was well-maintained. The breakfast was good with lots of selection. The staff were helpful. If I have only one issue, it would be the size of the room and having nowhere to put your luggage in the room.

The hotel is fairly well located for bus & Tube travel. The room is nicely furnished with plenty of storage space and a good selection of complimentary items including bottled water, tea, coffee & biscuits. The bathroom is modern & well-appointed with a shower that's easy to use. Somewhere to place shampoo, soap, et cetera inside the shower would have been useful. The outlook from the window in this lower ground room was not great, but what you might expect from this type of property. The only negative aspect was the light shining in through the window during the night. The curtain wasn't up to the job. It was barely more than a net curtain & let through most of the light. However, other than that, I would have only positive comments to make about this hotel, and I would be more than happy to stay there in the future.

I had a mixed experience during my three‑night stay. The room was very small and, unfortunately, had a terrible smell from the moment I walked in. I couldn’t figure out the source — maybe stagnant water from the air conditioning system — but the odor was so unpleasant that I had to keep the AC running constantly just to make the room bearable. On the positive side, the staff were very kind and the location is extremely convenient. Still, because of the persistent smell, I wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel has been recently renovated and is located in Nottinghill. The room was somewhat small but very well appointed. Very quiet and short walking distance to restaurants and underground tube stations.
