spotlessly clean room, bathroom, and kitchen **exceptionally kind and helpful staff** great location lovely bar/cafe on site

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was good

First room was quite noisy, was able to change rooms to a much quiter location. Breakfast was varied and filling. Location is great, multiple restaurants and few minutes to Bayswater tube stop.

Clean calm room. Nice mattress and bathroom toiletries and bath were great. Desk staff are down to earth and helpful. Everything works and I slept well.

This hotel is in a great location (near two tube stations, restaurants, and grocery stores). The staff are friendly, helpful, and eager to resolve any issues. The hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the public areas are beautiful.
