Maida Vale accommodation with spa

Convenient location for public transportation and nice area. Clean room and bathroom. However shower door was not fitted properly and water leaked onto the floor. Bedroom Blackout drapes a little too short so the morning light came through earlier than we would have liked. Good and plentiful breakfast though scrambled eggs and baked beans were cold by 7:30 am. Hope on our return visit on the 14th the fruit will be varied a little. Missed my morning banana or apple. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee and would mix decaf with regular cafe even after requesting no decaf, its full of young students everywhere and the room are ridiculously small ( even after I upgraded my room to more space which costed me quite a bit ) the room was the smallest room I ever been in. It felt as if it was a hostel not a hotel at all. Won't be going back.

Modern and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice apartment. Had some issues with the drying cycles on the washer/dryer machine.

I only stayed in the accommodation for a few nights, but it was easily equipped for a longer stay, and probably more suitable for a longer stay too. There are good social spaces on the ground floor, but I didn't make use of them personally. It is a primarily a student accommodation block. There were shops and grocery stores less than 10 minutes away (across the canal) and the location itself was quiet. Around 15 minutes walk from the Tube and less than 10 minutes to good bus routes. The room itself was well-equipped and clean enough. I got a room on the 6th floor, but there was a lift. I found the shower wasn't very powerful. It probably just needed a good clean of the head and some limescale removed. It would be much more convenient if there was a small ledge or surface next to the bed with charging points etc. There also wasn't a light switch easily accessible from the bed. These are fairly minor points and I was very happy with the stay.

Grubby, tired hallway and stairs made my heart sink as I self checked in. The room was a pleasant surprise. Large and spacious. No shower was a disaster the fact it was adjoining a pub with loud music wasn't the best but the bed was comfortable and I had a pleasant stay.
