Maida Vale accommodation with spa

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Short walk to St Johns Wood tube & just slightly longer to Baker Street, so great location. Opposite Lords cricket ground. Would definitely recommend & stay again when in London.

Great hotel, clean in a good location.

I felt very comfortable, safe, and take. care of here as a solo female traveler. I definitely recommend getting the deluxe room and will plan to be staying here again. It helps the food downstairs at the pub is great too!

The manager wos very helpful and accommodating fresh cotton beding towels nice and clean grait stay for the money would be very happy to stay there again thank you very much

Our apartment exceeded expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen and furnishings. The 24-hour staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location felt very safe and was within a 4-minute walk of the St John's Wood tube station as well as shops and restaurants. There were a few things, though, that could have been better: 1) the beautiful ceramic tile floors in the shower we're extremely slick and with nothing to hold on to could be quite dangerous; 2) the combination washer and dryer was confusing to use and impossible to open once it was completed--even after going online and consulting the user's manual, we had to get help from the staff to open it, which required using an emergency manual unlock procedure; 3) the air conditioning is apparently controlled from the front desk and needed to be set quite cold in order to be comfortable under the provided comforter.
