Room was good but shower water power was poor. Room overall was good however. Breakfast was good but limited cooked choices. Overall though good value for money.

Okay. Basic. Nothing special. Very limited breakfast. Loud.

Nice stop on our travels. Plenty of dining options and close to transportation.

Clean, pleasant and convenient!

Very large hotel. Nice enough rooms that are modern and clean. There was some confusion regarding our room not being ready when we arrived (6pm, so I would expect it to have been ready for a couple of hours) we were initially offered a different room type that we did not want (2 separate adjoining rooms instead of 2x double beds in one room). However, it was sorted out within 10 minutes. The room didn’t seem 100% ready when we got there. But it was good enough. The breakfast room was very busy and the staff inside (other than the man at the door who welcomed us) were not particularly polite or welcoming. Other than these minor gripes it was a good stay. The area felt comfortable enough to walk around. There are several places nearby to get food and drink and this is one of the very few hotels in London where it is possible for a family of four to all sleep the same room using 2 double beds, without anyone needing to use a flimsy sofa bed.

The staff were so kind and extremely helpful. They are always available to answer any questions you might have . I can’t wait to come back! As a solo traveler , I felt extremely safe
