Fantastic location, literally a 2 minute walk from Paddington station. Staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. Room/bathroom spotless. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice. Great value, would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was small ( as expected) but very clean. The property was in a safe location and the front entrance kept locked after 1130pm. Great value. Would recommend for singles or couples.

Our check in was quick and easy and we were greeted by friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy and a decent size although the decor needs updating. Breakfast was included and there was a decent offering to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

For my first time in London this hotel was perfect for a family of four! Older yes but clean and the staff could not be more friendly or helpful! The area of paddington was fantastic! Super close to tube stations and cafes and pubs all around the corner. It was a little noisy at night due to street traffic but once asleep nothing woke me. I’d stay here again for sure! Thanks for a lovely first stay in London!

It was neat as a pin. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly. Excellent location. The shower was FANTASTIC. Hot water very soft and left my hair silky and soft. Would absolutely stay here again.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Great location so close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Rooms and building were spotless, if a little dated. Good free breakfast.. have the fresh fruit salad, delicious. Bar prices were very reasonable too. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the radiator in room 204 would not turn off and despite changing the setting was boiling hot so room was too hot and so an uncomfortable night, despite having the window open. Would definitely stay again but would ask for a room Where the heating can be adjusted .. great value room for three adults..

Very convenient location situated in a beautiful section of Paddington. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early after a long overnight flight. My only recommendation would be that they include more breakfast options and serve it in a buffet or serve yourself style. we would definitely recommend this hotel and come back here again when back in the London area.

We booked a room with two twin beds and they were so close together they were the same bed! You couldn’t even slip in between them. The room was so small and the night stands were built into the wall so you couldn’t even separate the beds! On top of that the beds were uncomfortable. The hair dryer wouldn’t work. The bathroom was outdated and if you turned the shower knob the wrong way it would burn you it would get boiling hot so quickly. The bed was right next to the window and it was not well insulated. The noise and cold was coming in. The tiny room had a musty feeling and smell. Breakfast should be offered later especially on the weekends. Lastly but most importantly the hotel did not feel secure. There was no dead bolt on the doors and you had to turn your key in every time you leave and get it when you come back. But you had to say your room number so anyone in the lobby knows where you’re staying. There was no double checking to make ensure you’re the correct person for the room even when it was a new receptionist you hadn’t seen before. Friendly staff at least, cute exterior, and good location. I wouldn’t recommend this place though.
