Nice spacious, quiet family room. Really good to have en-suite bathroom facilities. We paid for the breakfast, which was OK, but could have done with a few more options, especially healthier cereals. Overall, a great stay and the hotel is in a really nice area.

Staff very helpful and normal, cheerful. Well located, nice park oppossite, quite silent, the morning a bit noisy. -1 level rooms, cheaper for sure bit compact and dark, but, are.the cheapers I think. I had no option when I booked to choose place or floor.

Nice hotel

I had a nice stay. The staff was very kind from the moment I arrived, and they stored my luggage until my room was ready. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room. The location is great — close to restaurants and the tube.

Central location, great price!

We booked this hotel on hotels.com. It was a good price for London for 2 nights. We were a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews on here but, we were not disappointed! We had a lovely stay, friendly staff, the room was clean, comfortable bed & the location was central. The only downside was the room did not have a fridge but we would definitely stay again!
