Room was very disappointing, damage on the chair, bed uncomfortable with cheap lien, bathroom towels very old. The food in the restaurant was poor made to wait 35 minutes for a sandwich when it was empty.

The venue is ideally placed for Bristol airport . Actually next to the departures and close to the transport hub for onward travel by train bus or coach . Luxurious rooms at an affordable price and very well serviced . Would recommend much nicer than a travel lodge or premier inn a cut above and also with lifts , wide doors and walk in shower my room 131 in any event could easily accommodate those less able-bodied and I think would accommodate wheelchair access. So I'd rate it as proper disabled friendly.

Honestly I have mixed feelings about our stay. It was first time when I didn't feel welcomed. I'm aware that we arrived early but I decided to ask if by any chance we can check in straight away. The lady I've asked said straight away I'm sorry we were fully booked last night and check in is from 3pm and got back to what she was doing. Only the other young receptionist offered us to take our baggage and put it in the storage room. When I asked him again would be the room ready earlier he said come back 2:30.
