The hotel staff were welcoming upon arrival and the room was nice and clean and tidy. The hotel is modern throughout. Staff were polite and professional and couldn't be any more helpful. Great place to stay and great value.

Loved the room. Comfortable beds, nice pillows. Brilliant touches in room and toiletries supplied. Water for tea and coffee and iced water from a special innovation in the corridor. Nice touches all round. The Diner is lovely, friendly efficient staff everywhere and a great place to stay.
