Love design of room and amenities in room. Comfy bed and great shower. Communal areas clean, comfy and nicely designed Diner great atmosphere and food. Live the whole American theme done v well. Only one slight downfall was night staff limited so had to wait a while for a drink at bar as only one staff member trying to welcome new guests and serve drinks

Friendly staff who resolved enquiries quickly. Very functional rooms - we love the hair care, toiletries, tea/coffee, vanity area and hot/cold tap in the corridor. Also appreciated the complimentary drinks in reception and the comfortable and stylish seating areas.

2nd stay here, lovely room, comfortable bed, great shower. Dyson hairdryer & straighteners. Superb toiletries, large TV, great location for Cribbs Causeway, 10 min walk to TGI's. 30 min drive to airport, complementary coffee/tea. Instant boiled & cooled water on tap in corridor, water carafe in room & milks, more available from reception, highly recommended

The interior design of the hotel is brilliant for the price, it was clean, the staff were friendly and the selection of free tea and coffee was excellent. The carved pumpkins were a very fun addition. Loved it and will return.

Great motel, very good room layout comfortable bed. They have everything right with just one exception- no hot water for coffee in room. You have to go out in the corridor. Loved the place though, will be back.

Loved our stay here and we had a great time. Close to Cribbs causeway and there is a miller and Carter next door. The only criticism I have is there is no kettle in the room and you have to go to a tap in the corridor.
