Good not great Mollie’s Oxford service better

First impressions are great. The branding and the interiors are spot on. Everywhere looked beautifully clean and the mattress and duvet was slightly softer and more comfortable than those at Mollie’s Oxford the night before. There’s plenty of free parking and of course the diner next door. Good idea to book ahead for a table. The thing that let this stay down was the service. The front desk was perfunctory at best. Annoys me when staff can’t even be bothered to look up from their phones when a guest walks by. Surely, a quick hi wouldn’t be too difficult. The team at Mollies Oxford the night before were the complete oooosite - bubbly, friendly and proactive. Everything you’d expect from the brand.

Enjoyed a great stay. Located near the Cribbs Mall and other shopping outlets and a large cinema. The large rainforest shower was a pleasant surprise. Minor issue is that I could hear the occupants in the room above moving around. Could be they were heavy walkers?

Liked everything about this place. Clean, modern rooms. My kids loved the bunk beds and the wood floors. Very stylish and space efficient. Staff was very nice. No elevator to the second floor. But we didn't have a problem with that.
