I noted in my reservation that I needed a room on the ground floor due to my disability. I was given a room upstairs. My room key did not work, so I then had to go up and downstairs multiple times. The room I got was in terrible condition. There was hair in the sink, tub, and on the sheets. The walls were not completely painted wires hanging out of the wall. Boogers smeared on the walls next to the bed. The floor was dirty. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom dispensers. The front door did not close completely. It seemed like it had been kicked in and not repaired properly. Did not feel safe. Will never stay there again.

DO NOT believe other positive reviews; they clearly are from the business itself. The room and hotel were absolutely disgusting. Roaches, holes in the wall, food in the microwave, dirty towels, dirty beds, dirty walls, broken doorknob, shower faucet in pieces. What a joke.
