We didn’t realize until we arrived that the Heavenly ski shuttle picks up right outside the hotel. That was a great surprise. Our room was clean and equipped with basic kitchen stuff like toaster and microwave. The fridge was very small. We had a nice view. Staff was friendly.

When we arrived we were told that valet parking was required. With resort fees it added $175.00 for three nights. No one told us even though we had called the resort twice before we arrived. When I asked why nobody told us they blamed Expedia.

This is certainly not a 4 start hotel. Property is pretty run down, they don't do housekeeping and the walls are super thin so you hear all your neighbors. On top of that their parking is valet only even though they have a part lot next to the rooms, just so they can get a few extra bucks out of you.
