The hotel charged me for stuff that was said to be included in the reaort fee. My room was initially dirty upon arrival. Thw toilet paper was out, the tossues were empty, the TV in the bedroom did not have all of the programs available.

We loved the atmosphere, amenities and entertainment, the hotel colors and cleanliness.. it felt like we were in a tropical resort while it was 40 degrees outside. The staff was very friendly and felt like we were welcome there. The 25 dollars hotel dining credit per night was very appreciated. The only thing that we did not like is the old hvac system the hotel has.. everytime it turned on to heat up our room during the night, it shook up the whole room with a loud noise and woke up our toddler. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back.

First, the valet parking attendant was rude to us from the moment we arrived. Second, the bed sheets were stained and they weren't changed. It's a place I usually visit three or four times a year, but I was disappointed this time.

Yes, staff were very nice. We had to wait quite a while for our room. When we got into our room, we wanted to take a shower after traveling from early morning. There was no towels in room. We called twice and finally a nice lady arrived with them. The Valet parking is $50 @ night on top of $180 of other fees for three nights brought our trip up qukte a bit!! It does not say the correct amount on website for parking. I do not think its fair to. Harge these prices. We have stayed in this hotel many times when it was tahoe resort and Embassy suites. I dont know if we will stay again due to additional costs not told before our arrival!! Such a pity!!

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The facility was clean, well kept and lots of food dinning options on the ground floor at the resort. Our room was very spacious. And it’s only a five minute walk from heavenly village, so the location is ideal. Would definitely recommend and stay again
