The place is nice but over priced for what they offer. $40 a day for parking and resort fees $150. They charge more than any Vegas property. Wouldnt stay there again. No customer service what so ever.

The resort was very clean and nice inside and out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great food and drink options. The whole atmosphere and vibe was very relaxing. We will be staying there again.

Beautiful Tahoe

Valeting the car and checking in were great. Our room was great except for our view of the roof and TV satellites. No lake or mountain or even parking lot. The room was very nice. Here are just a few things we think could have been better. View! The bathroom - toilet paper dispenser seemed like it was turned around and everytime we had to ripe it off the TP would go flying, we ended up putting it on the tub. As someone with balance issues I wish there was a grab bar in the shower. And offering a shower cap would be nice.

Breakfast buffet was terrible. Pastries were stale. Sausage was only thing edible. Pancakes and French toast was cold and hard. The employees were superb. Very attentive and sweet.

The resort was ok. Not as nice as I had expected it to be for the price I was paying. The staff was nice enough. I have been trying to get a breakdown of the charges after I checked out and have been unable to and am just getting the run around which is very frustrating. The indoor pool was WAY over chlorinated and was not fun to swim in. Overall I don’t know that I would stay there again.

Disappointing Valet parking $40 a day Only-***

Hotel.com says parking available,** But read the fine print, when you get there, it is valet only at $40 a day and they were towing cars. Valet does not have enough carts, so we had to lug golf clubs, cooler and 2 suit cases and a shoe bag by ourselves to the room. Elevators were not working, we were on the 4th floor, so had to wait in a long line in hall at 1 service elevator. Smoke detector hanging off the wall and bathroom door got me stuck 2xs. $50 resort, $40 valet, 14% tax, they offer $30 food credit but the breakfast said $19.99 x 2 should be $40 plus tax but some how came to $51.46- $30 so $20. I thought I had my stay paid for, but it cost me an additional $118. Pros are the room was decorated very tastefully, was large, good beds, 2 TVs and the location and atmosphere were great. We walked across the street to the concert and shopping. Sadly when we finally got to our room our pizza was cold and there was No microwave! Frustrasting to say the least!
