The $25 day resort food/drink credit along with the Expedia VIP $30 credit definitely made this stay more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, room was clean. The daily resort fee and the daily parking fee add up and I would consider it a “hidden charge.” I have stayed here 5 times with Expedia VIP and have never received a room upgrade, pretty sure it doesn’t exist at this hotel.

Love this hotel. It’s the best hotel in Tahoe if you have kids. It is very family oriented. We loved that the pool was indoor and they play movies there nightly. In the lobby they’re have someone playing live music every night. I’d give this hotel a 5 star but took one away because the parking was so frustrating. They make everyone valet and it just slows everything down and it’s an inconvenience. We were there for a hockey tournament so it was always a long wait to just our car. When we first got there we forgot medication in the car so it was just a little annoying to constantly go through people to access your car. I feel like there should be an option to self park because they ample parking space in the garage and behind the hotel.
