On either side of the great room, there are two primary suites, each with king-size beds, en suite bathrooms featuring double sink vanities and stand-up showers. Off the kitchen, you'll find a full-size laundry room and a half bath.

Downstairs, the space is designed for fun with a large game room at its center. Sliding glass doors lead to the ground level, where you'll find a flat and clear outdoor area perfect for snow play in the winter or summer fun.

On either end of the game room, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. To the right, you'll find a room with two twin beds, and to the left, a bedroom with a queen bed. Both bathrooms are identical, each offering double sink vanities and bathtub/shower combinations.

About Northstar at Tahoe Resort:

A free shuttle is available year round to take you to skiing or the village, just call the pick up number and the closest stop is right outside the home. The Village at Northstar offers shopping, dining, roller and ice skating (weather dependent), yoga, spa services and the recreation center.
This home is located in Northstar and is 5 minutes to The Northstar Recreation Center - where guests can enjoy the lounge, spas, lap pool, fitness center, game room, pickleball/tennis courts, bocce ball, and basketball court for $10 per day ages 5 and up. The hot tub and pool amenities listed for this home are shared at the recreation center and are only available on the weekends.

The Village is quaint, with cobblestone pathways and the skate rink as the focal point and offers snacks, drinks and s'mores kits for purchase to enjoy around the gas fire pits. Other village offerings include a movie theater, weekend live music and various festivals, from food and wine to beer and bluegrass music, throughout the year.

There is no AC at this home. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.

While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control.
