We were overall pretty pleased with our room and really enjoyed this property's location. But it was a comedy of errors during our four-day stay. Our room keys kept malfunctioning and we had to go to the office daily to have them reactivated, which was highly inconvenient. Our room was never cleaned despite asking for housekeeping twice. We actually borrowed the vacuum to take care of it ourselves. We were given a handicapped room without any explanation or need, which meant the showerhead had to be held while showering. The room was freezing when we checked in (54 degrees) and cold air was pouring in through the base of the doors to the pool all weekend. Lastly, the fridge in our room froze all of our drinks and ruined some leftovers despite being at the lowest setting. And while it didn't affect our stay, the lobby and some areas around the property are strewn with boxes and half-finished projects. It felt like the whole thing was under construction or something and unprofessional. I don't think we'd return.

Easy walk to the gondola and close to everything. Parking fills up fast at night, so ask about additional parking. Street spots are available if lot is full.

You can get connected suit and 2 bed rooms for the price of a double bedroom. For those boycutting airbandb for being insensitive the the rights of indegenous people, this deal is the benefit of wisdom.

Our room door did not close or lock. Snow and cold air came in all night. We tried calling the front desk and our phone would not put us through. The walls are extremely thin and the people upstairs were jumping and banging furniture all night til 5-7am . Not able to sleep at all.

I had booked a stay at 3 Peaks for MLK weekend, but my experience was anything but smooth. Less than 48 hours before check-in, I was contacted by the hotel and told that my reservation was being cancelled due to a “catastrophic electricity issue” that would take 2 weeks to resolve. I was told a refund would be issued, but over a week later, I still haven’t received it. To make matters worse, I discovered the resort appeared to be operating as normal when I happened to walk by during our trip—parking lot full, long lines at check-in. Quite a surprising recovery from such a "catastrophic" issue. We stopped by the front desk to inquire about our refund, and were told we would get a call from management the next day. That call never came. I also left a voicemail that was never returned. Eventually, I spoke with someone at the front desk, and they made it clear there was nothing they could do, telling me it was my responsibility to contact Orbitz directly for a refund. It’s frustrating that the hotel was unhelpful and completely unwilling to resolve the situation. The resort itself looked nice, and the lobby had a cozy vibe, but based on this experience, I won’t be trying to stay here again. If you want to avoid the headache of last-minute cancellations and poor customer support, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Purposely rented a hotel room with a fireplace for my husband’s birthday, no Wood, nothing to start a fire if you did have wood, and there was nothing they would do about it. According to their website, they were supposed to have wood on hand. Carpets are very dirty. Very disappointed in the customer service

The property itself was clean, safe, and conveniently located to many favorite destinations around the Stateline. It is a bit dated on the exterior and coule use some small repairs here and there (e.g. sliding screen door). That aside, I'd recommend this place for a short stay.

So awesome!

Great experience, not too busy so we got a free upgrade to a two bedroom apartment! Yay! The whole place is remodeled and looks fabulous.
