I’ve stayed there several times in both winter and summer. Pool is great in the summer and close to the beach and in the winter it’s a short walk to the gondola. They have also upgraded the rooms and tv’s too.

Our stay was just fine. The room had a microwave, fridge and sliding glass door with a nice view of trees. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of floor space. The bathroom was a little cramped and dark. Can't complain for $150 during June though

The area was nice but the room was insanely dated. Staff was nice and I like the convenience of being reasonably close to the lake. Beach pass was cool.

This was the grossest place I quit possibly have stayed the jr suite freaked of pee and was not offered any room change or refund. I had to rent a different hotel room at a different hotel. I was fearful of the sanitation given the extreme dog pee smell

Fantastic staff. Warm and large outdoor pool and hot tub was wonderful after a day of exploring. Discount for accessing private nearby waterfront. Walkable to heavenly shopping area and beach. Spacious room. The carpet in our room showed wear of many wet ski boots. A few dead/squished bugs on the wall. Sink disposal needs a cleaning/deodorizing. Bathroom tub in smaller of two rooms could use a refresh. Walls could use paint. WiFi was slow/spotty. But hey- more reason to explore Tahoe outdoors and crash after a dip in the pool and hot tub!

The hotel is in the perfect spot, close to everything down state line. However it is old and out dated. The carpet is old and dirty and the room itself is not very welcoming. The only thing we liked was the pool . You have to also have to pay for the “private beach” they advertise .

My room was clean and fresh. My friends room was filthy. Dirty and run down, not even vacuumed. Their room 103 floor was filthy. My room was much better but the bathroom door was coming off. I used my thumbnail to tighten it.

It was a great stay! We enjoyed the walking distance to Heavenly village and the private beach! With the voucher we received from the hotel we were able to get in the private beach for $5 per person, free for children 5y/o and under! The beach was surprisingly clean and less crowded, perhaps because we were there on weekdays and not weekends. Overall, the hotel was clean and close proximity to everything that we need. We have a very active 2 y/o toddler and the short walk was very convenience for him and us.

We enjoyed the pool area and the closeness of the beach, shops, and restaurants The beds were pretty comfortable however they are in need of a better property maintenance person. Shower curtain was installed backwards and the toliet seat was so loose it slips backand forth. The outdoor deck was beautiful needs some work.some updating.
