The 2 bedroom was very spacious. Everything was clean. I would love to stay there for an extended amount of time. I will definitely be back. The guys i was with said they wojld be too. Very minor negatives: the back patio was almost completely frozen, couldnt even walk on it. The lights in the back are 24 hours so had to use the blackout curtain. Zero breakfast in the lobby. But to be clear, nothing that would prevent me from coming back.

It was a nice cozy stay and the location is really convenient but that's about all. The front desk staff were awesome. Several things in our room did not work such as the extra outlets on the clock and lamps so charging our stuff was really a struggle. When we requested room service twice, they never once came so we felt bad when we left because we had a lot of trash and had to reuse towels.

Loved the great location, convenient to everything! The property was clean and check in was easy. The room was adequate for our needs and we enjoyed our stay! We had a two bd/two ba suite 504. Rooms were heated well, quiet and had all of the amenities including a kitchen for our cooking and food prep needs and large screen smart tvs to watch our favorite shows/movies. We will definitely consider staying here for future visits to Lake Tahoe!

The front door didn't close properly, the phone didn't work, the drain didn't drain in the bathtub, and the heater wouldn't turn off. This place seriously needs some upgrading and some maintenance. I stay here a lot and I generally like it but there's a lot of disappointing parts about this hotel.

We had an ok time here but it was a bit outdated and a few inconveniences. They had the ac/heater unit directly over one of the beds so it was insanely loud all night and the only way to turn it off was to stand on the bed to adjust it. Then the hot tub area didn’t have any towels you had to check them out at the front and we’re told there is a $40 fee each towel if you don’t check them back in. And the hot tub area had 2 gates one by the front desk area and the other near where my room was, of course only the front desk one was operational so we had to walk in the snow all the way around the building to get back into the room. Overall it was ok but definitely needs upgrades.

Fun with friends in the snow

The place was very comfortable and very close to Heavenly Village. It was ideal for our trip as I took my daughter and her friends for a trip in the snow. The staff was very friendly and the room we rented was big and roomy.
