The second floor ice machine where I was was not working, nor was the first floor ice machine, I had to go down to the basement and then go up to the third floor to find a working ice machine. The room toilet ran and was a little noisy, but I was able to close the door. The tiles in the bathroom floor were coming up. The flush fixture on the toilet was not attached. The door to go out to the patio on the third floor to get ice from the ice machine would only open halfway and I had to squeeze by. The elevator looked like it hadn’t been wept or vacuumed in two weeks. Some areas of the room and the hotel were great, as mentioned above some needed significant help.

It is an aesthetically pleasing property that makes you feel safe and comfortable. It smells so beautiful when you walk in. It's quiet and it has the convenience of laundry room a 24-hour fitness center, a pool, and a hot tub for enjoyment. The free included breakfast is the cherry on top to get your day started beautifully. My 13 year old daughter wanted to live here forever so it is definitely family friendly.

Staff was great. Check in with Katie was quick and easy. The hot tub was out of order. Some basic TV channels were blacked out the entire time. The free breakfast was missing items for a while before they finally completed it. Convenient. Don't count on the McDonald's next door being open past 9PM.

The parking wasn’t the best. No soap in the shower. Breakfast was ok but should be attended by staff more often. The bedroom curtains need to be able to shut more. Lot of light comes in due to this. Otherwise room was very spacious.
