Very nicely landscaped & close to food, shopping & freeway. Under services reason for 4 stars was small, lumpy, uncomfortable pillows & small tv, otherwise it was very nice. Could also use darkening window coverings for people to sleep in although the shutters are quite charming so it's hard to say. LOL

Beautiful!

We stayed on the second floor not knowing it wasn't handicap accessible (no elevator), but the room was very nice and the balcony on the garden side was my absolute favorite. The beds are very hard, though, which I'm sure some people like - I don't. haha I would stay there again in a heartbeat - the location was perfect and the rate was great.

The hotel staff was friendly. They accommodated my two day stay from moving rooms each day per the way I had to book two days, to staying in one room. However, the breakfast was mediocre. They had cereal, bagels and toast for breakfast. That area could improve. The pool and hot tub were dirty and the water was a bit green, our room was not ready by check-in time, there was a box of old pizza left in our refrigerator, and to top it off… the mattresses were rock hard. My back hurt from sleeping on them.

The rooms are a little outdated, but clean and have the basic amenities - fridge, iron, coffee pot, tv, etc. the grounds are very pretty with all the flowers and landscaping. pool area is nice. quick and easy breakfast. convenient location. would stay again for a quick weekend trip.

Property shows some wear but that's okay. The first night I was at Building C next to a busy street. I asked for and they moved me to a room away from the street and it was much, much better. The staff was great. The Universal weight machine was unusable as there wasn't a pin to go into the weight stack. Beware the Coke machine by the pool. Prices are not posted. After you pay for the bottle with your credit card it shows the price (only after you paid, not knowing how much) being $3.00. But the text from Citi Card shows $7.50 whether I bought 3 bottles or 1 bottle. The front desk said "that's Coke" and that the $7.50 including a "security deposit like charge" that would be credited back. Well, I haven't seen any sort of credit back to my card as of yet. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay, the price thru Expedia was really, really good, the Continental Breakfast would have been better if they had scrambled eggs, and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Bottom line is I would definitely stay there again.
