Great stay, comfortable large room with great layout and fridge/microwave. Continental breakfast worked out well for us. Location was excellent with all you would need in walking distance, along with easy access to I5. Pricing was excellent, definitely recommend.

It was okay for the price. It's right next to a fire station and the AC doesn't work properly. Seemed like some shady people were around and there was a car full of junk parked in the lot the entire time....homeless looking kind of car. Wondered if they co-op with some kind of affordable housing program while I was there. Other than that it was okay.

Nice friendly hotel

Really good hotel with friendly staff, large well equipped rooms (if a little dated). Great complimentary breakfast and nice gardens to sit in, plus gym, pool and sauna if you get the chance.

Really enjoy the lodge property itself. Continental breakfast was just ok…powdered eggs, not many food choices. Great coffee. Bedding needs an upgrade, thin and worn. And the TV’s are very small…

Needs improvement

It was my first time visiting Laguna Hills. My room was a little dirty. I didn't want to use the bath since it was really rusty. The furniture definitely needs to get updated. Also, the fridge was smelly a it was and dirty. Overall I give my experience a solid two and a half. I do have to give credit to the front desk gentleman, they were a very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had.
