Perfect for our needs. Having tram stop close by is very helpful. Good block-out curtains were appreciated. Fully functional kitchen with appliances. Spotless upon arrival. Hard to fault.

This was a fantastic base for us on our tripĺ. The staff were so helpful. The IGA across the road made it easy to get what we needed and having a microwave and toaster meant we could prepare basic foods. We caught the tram from right outside and we were in Surfers Paradise in 13 mins. Parking was easy. The kids loved the pool and bbq area. The room was comfy and quiet.
