Lovely apartment in a great location for a young family - park, shops, transport snd restaurants all with in walking distance. Communication with staff at the property was amazing even when we needed to contact them out of hours. Tennis courts and pool amazing! Disappointed with the cleanliness of the property- we found a used contact lens case, a ball and a pair of underpants in two different bedrooms (we left them there!). Clearly the place was well cleaned on the surface but questionable deep cleaning had not been completed. Would still recommend the property but would expect a better standard of cleaning in the future

Our stay here was great! Very spacious apartment with great views of the ocean, good cooking facilities, and lovely, modern bathrooms. Also provided us with free WiFi and Foxtel TV. The pool area was of a very high standard. Other facilities included a spa, sauna and well equipped gym. We would happily recommend this accomodation. Our only suggestions would be a lamp in the living room area and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Loved this property our 2 bdr apt was beautiful, you just want to stay and live in it. Had all facilities you require, supermarket not too far away, as are restaurants and the pacific fair shopping mall. Near to tram line and at 50c a fare you can easily get around to other places. It was quiet and comfortable with a lovely swimming pool area. Can't fault our stay

Overall it was a pleasant stay in the 2-bed renovated Ocean View apartment. However, be aware that there is just a single air-conditioning unit in the living room and none in the bedrooms as the listing seems to suggest. This was a negative surprise to us and made especially the room further away warmer to sleep in during our January stay (and required doors to be left open). The external unit for the a/c is also located on the balcony so be prepared for hot air blowing if sitting out there. There were other minor niggles less relevant to a review but generally the complex was well-maintained and we enjoyed the pool / spa areas, BBQ areas and tennis courts and the location was convenient for the beach, the shops and tram, and was relatively quiet for the Gold Coast.

Location was fantastic. Close to light rail, beach, restaurants, casino, clubs and shops. Apartment was super clean, comfortable with tasteful decor and furniture. Staff were excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. Looking forward to visiting again.

Best place in Broadbeach. May be a bit older building but facilities are first class and the apartments are refurbished and massive due to actually being older! Positioning perfect, close to everything but far enough away for some peace and quiet!
