Front lobby was nice and clean, customer service was quick to check in, room was clean and comfortable with view of the pool and spa. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice as well I enjoyed my stay.

I didn’t like it was people 12:00 am bouncing basketball in the hallway and there are no security or monitor the hallways. The rooms were clean but no in the best conditions the sink was broken and the furniture too old. The pictures on the website shows the pool and everything in better conditions and bigger. So we were not happy to stay there.

Our card to open the door wouldn’t work I had to go to the front desk twice. But other than that it was great for a one night stay. It was about 10 minute drive to Gilroy Gardens.

When I walked in the room, I placed my key on the dresser over the fridge and a Cockroach ran past my hand, down under toward the fridge area!! I was totally grossed out. They moved me to a room far from that room, but I was disgusted even in the next room, felt very uneasy and didn’t sleep well. Just wanted the next morning to come so we could leave. The room seemed clean but bugs are definitely red flags, put all our food in the fridge and didn’t leave anything out. Now going home I’m afraid to bring my luggage in.
