Location was near shopping and our service was great

My son and I recently stayed at this location. It was during the holiday season so it was very busy but the staff was very attentive. I would like to recognize a staff member named Kevin. He gifted us one evening and it was nothing big but to me it was. He didn’t know that I was stressed a bit during this trip so his gift meant the world to me. I walked away with tears in my eyes. So thank you Kevin ❤️

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South. This was our first trip to New York, and it was a dream we’ve shared for a long time, so it meant a lot to us. The room was comfortable, and we loved it — it made our trip even better. We had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again. We’re already planning to come back in summer 2026!

Clean rooms Comfortable stay

I will admit that I didn’t go in with high expectations. But I left with complete amazement at the level of service, cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff that feels like you just walked across the street to ask for something from your neighbor. fantastic day great location, but the hotel and staff make it worth the money.
