Not sure if it was the elevator or the water pipes but loud knocking noise off and on all through the night. Phone in room did not work. Stay either on upper floor (so you can get elevator) or 2nd floor (do you can take the stairs). 2 elevators for 36 floors and staff. Security out front was great. Staff very nice.

Great place to stay for a last-minute work trip. Front desk was great, and upgraded me to a room with views of the Empire State. Would definitely stay again.

Well, the hotel was OK. It was not a 10 is it. Everyone said it was on hotels.com. It really wasn’t close to anything and you have to travel a bit. The staff was nice. The security around the hotel was Extremely helpful there are people outside homeless people whatever they do hang out out there the hotel itself. The room were very very small than that I would not stay there it is not for a family vacation and just know things there are very very very expensive like 7-Eleven and they wanted four dollars for a single simply lemonade the restaurants are also very expensive chicken tenders for $18. You got four tenders and it was in this wasn’t inside the breakfast outside in the hotel everything was so extremely expensive

My last night in NYC was saved thanks to HI at Times Square! My husband had us booked all week in a Super 8 in the Bronx. We really wanted to stay near Times Square so this was ideal! We felt safe and they held our luggage until 5pm the day we flew out which was incredible!
