While I understand it from a ‘cleanliness’ perspective, removing the carpet from the 2nd floor rooms make them noisy; carpet absorbs sound.

Elevator was slow. Breakfast could have had more offerings. We found staples on our floor a few times that we walked on. We left something in our room but when we called we were told it was not there.
