The room was clean and check in was easy! It is a little noisy sometimes when housekeeping was cleaning in the mornings since the walls are thin. But I would stay here again. It was a good price.

Bathroom and shower are modern so that’s the plus. However, the below-the-window AC unit will need upgrade next. Please check the AIR FILTER!!! There are dust/dirt pieces like half inch in diameter blown everywhere. We couldn’t use the AC so I tried to open the window and then the window frame separated/detatched. We couldn’t change room because the hotel desk computer is down. I think a lot of people give you similar feedbacks so please keep the momentum going. The front desk clerk (Jackie?) has been very patient and helpful and I do appreciate her efforts during an impossible situation when the computer system is down.

The room looks nothing like the pictures. The staff showed us 4 room that all had mildew smells in the carpet and curtains and one room with a nasty tub. We weren’t there more than 30 mins and they still charged us for a day even tho every room they showed us was horrible. I didn’t even feel safe

The room felt old and need of update. 3 days no cleaning. Finally asked for towels. Did not empty garbage or give us more coffee supplies. The pool was not kept up. The spa had a gross palm growing in it.
