The room was clean and spacious, clearly set up for someone in a wheelchair. Glad there were blackout curtains because the exterior lighting was too much and the lights from the office were visible from my room. The really upsetting part was that there was no hot water in the shower.

The beds were too soft. The first night was terrible and got no sleep. Talked to front desk and then they switched to another room but only a double bed instead of King. I know that is different being close to the ocean but it was also very musty smelling. Will not book there again.

We have stayed here before and always enjoy it. When there is a need for something, the office has always been able to provide it. The staff is wonderful and the property is pretty and peaceful.

First- checking in was ok. I did ask for a nice non smoking room. I got a non smoking room. The room was ( more, but here is a round about as I threw away receipt accidentally ) Saturday $400+, Sunday $200 +, Monday $175 ish.. 100% in now way was it anything close to a $400+ or $200+ hotel !! Room was so dirty and disgusting. There was no iron to check for bed bugs, so i literally used a coffee pot full of hot water. Thank God we didnt see any. I had to wipe down entire room with lysol wipes before we even sat down. In the pictures here, you will see the very dirty window including a torn up screen. The lamps on wall were falling apart and completely rusted old shades , and one didn't work. The coffee pot was so disgusting we never even used it, but I CLEANED it for next customers. The mirrors were not even cleaned. The white photo is the bathroom door and toilet handle. The white washcloth shows the dirt i found just wiping down the room. The bathtub shows all the disgusting dirt rinsed out of that washcloth. And whenever we went out and returned, the room stunk, like old musty dirty smell. The " breakfast" --- dont bother. Coffee, juice, oatmeal pack, banana, toast. NO PROTEIN. You could get a better breakfast at a soup kitchen. And the employees? Unfriendly duds except the girl when we checked in. Not even smiles during breakfast 😕...Really good coffee shack on the other side of McDonald's btw. Great breakfast and service in complex right next door by thriftshop

Tatted up gang banger looking men hanging out in parking lot for a few hours, homeless people using the dog park and bags of trash near our front door were a few things that made us uncomfortable with our stay.

Great, simple, minimum-frills place to stay, especially if bringing dogs. The property is nice and has multiple grassy areas filled with plants. Convenient access for a quick pee-walk with the pups. There are also multiple wooden gazebos and benches that are pretty if you want to sit outside for a bit. There is a small enclosed dog park on the property as well that is a great and safe place to let the dogs off leash to stretch after the car ride to get there. The fridge was nice and cold. The beds were comfy. Nice showers with soap/ shampoo/ conditioner included on the wall. Quick-grab breakfast options available in the morning at the front office
