They could not accommodate the requested room, however they did give us free breakfast and did an excellent job in communicating what was most likely the issue. They did their best in finding a way to reimburse me for the room that was paid for

I've stayed here twice now. Great staff, very efficient and friendly. Nice sized rooms. However... the bathtub was the smallest I have ever seen. It was so small I almost slipped and fell turning around in the shower. A bathmat might help to give my feet some grip, but I did not feel safe.
