It is a very good lodging option when you come to this part of northern California, convenient to the North, Redwood National Park, to the South, Humboldt State Park, and just a 6-minute drive from the zoo with its Sky Walk attraction. The hotel is very clean, the service is great, and the breakfasts are varied.

The bathroom was dirty, the jet tib had no power, the area around the hotel was dirty,.homeless, garbage. Music played at 430 am with dogs barking for a hour at 5 am. We were next to the pool and very loud. It was not worth the trip

The check-in staff was great, happy for the gate around the property as the area wasn’t great. The room was extremely clean and the breakfast was really good.

The front desk Shelly and her manager Melissa made sure that our room fit our needs. They were very friendly and helpful. They set standards on how hotels should treat their guests. It was like they invited old friends to stay with them.

Probably one of the better hotels in this area but definitely a bit sketchy feeling. Stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was amazing. Pool area needs a remodel or upgrade though and maybe have an entrance where you dont have to walk across the parking lot to get to it.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean room and great beds. Good selection for breakfast even with no eggs served. It’s a dog friendly place. Our room lightly smelled of dog pee. It’s by the AC/heater or on the chair next to it. Finding our room was a little challenging since we have to find the gate to go through. Despite all of these, we will still come back the next time we’re in the area. Hopefully, we’ll get a room that doesn’t smell of dog pee.
