The pool was closed at 2pm the day we checked in. No email was sent. Booked the property for the pool. The billing did not make sense when we got our bill. Waiting still to see what charges are going to be charged on our card. Difficult dealing with front dssk staff with exception of Carnell and Alex who helped us with our check in to be smoother.

Pros- fun pool Cons - Too many rules - first we were told we couldn’t bring in alcohol so we took the cooler back to the car and took out all the alcohol. Then came back and were told we couldn’t bring in the cooler even without alcohol. Took advantage of the free sodas and coffee but had to dump them out before walking in the pool area They seemed to be over the top in trying to make sure they made money on their alcohol

Bed Bugs

I stayed at Sycuan and unfortunately encountered a bed bug issue during my visit. I immediately reported it to the staff, but their response was disappointing. They were dismissive and offered little to no support in resolving the situation. There was a lack of urgency, accountability, and empathy for the discomfort and inconvenience this caused. I expected better hygiene standards and customer service. I would not recommend staying here until they address their pest control and improve how they handle guest concerns. No discount or refund was offered for the price of my stay.

We always have such a great time at Sycuan. There is so much to do at the resort. Whether you’re there to try your luck on the casino floor or just want to rest and relax at the resort. There are also so many different food/reataurant options. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a great time!

Fabulous stay cation. Mid week pools and lazy river were very relaxing. Only one downside midweek was not all restaurants were open. Will definitely recommend and return. Nice that only 21+ are allowed on premises.
