I Love Aloft Hotels but this one is really showing its wear. The floors were filthy- corners of the room needed to be deep cleaned- the shower was was questionable so I skipped it. This was not a simple house keeping issue- I reported it to the front staff and I was asked to email corporate.

The room was clean, very dark (lighting could be updated). Staff was excellent, and bedding clean and comfortable. Fridge was more than adequate, and room ample space for myself and pup. Hotel was great for keeping a pup companion! I would really like to compliment the staff, they were very welcoming, engaging, kind!
