I upgraded the room to a renovated room it was supposed to have a microwave and mini fridge but it didn’t have either one. The hot water wasn’t even toddler temperature. The breakfast wasn’t a breakfast. I paid $30 extra dollars a night for the upgraded room but it’s not worth it. I do not recommend this hotel. Will not be staying here again. When I talked to the front desk the gentleman told me I had to email the manager as he couldn’t do anything. He did however write everything down in a book which it looked like it had many complaints.

The room was not cleaned. It had stained comforters, mysterious white liquid on the desk and night stands, and hair everywhere. We went to the front desk and requested a new room due to the cleanliness, they obliged. The second room was somehow even dirtier. We went to the front desk and the manager told us that in order to have a clean room, we would have to pay for a room upgrade. I asked if the upgrade would be clean and the manager said you have to pay for the room to be clean. The “upgrade” was clean, however did not have weather stripping. Outside light and the smell of the pool filled our room.

CleanliLESS.

A.C. was fine, parking was good too. Staff was friendly as well. Microwave at the lobby was always dirty. Room had many roaches in it, the covers were dirty, there were blood stains on the bathroom door, there were holes on the wall next to the bathroom and the stairs were full of dog piss.
Stains on the TV base.
Holes on the wall covered with what seemed like toilet paper.
